Shipping Methods Available:
By Express — Door to Door For samples or small orders, we adopt air express courier.
The choice of courier varies according to different country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, UPS,FedEx and Aramex. Vietnam EMS is also available for certain countries. Delivery time is usually around 3-5days by DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex and 5-10days by EMS, depending on the country.
By Air — Door to Airport
For medium and urgent orders, we adopt bulk air shipment. You can have your forwarder to help you collect the goods at your local airport. The price of air shipment is much better than by express and speeder than by sea. Delivery time is usually around 2-3 days to your airport.
By Sea — Warehouse to Seaport
For larger orders, we adopt sea shipping. It takes a little longer time but it’s the cheapest way for delivery, usually 15-30 days to your local customs. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, Pretty Decor will assist you as much as possible.
FAQ:
Payment: We usually accept T/T(with 30% deposit, the balance before shipment); L/C at sight, please send email to negotiate payment term if you can not accept T/T or L/C. Sample Guide – Offering free existing samples.
– The courier charge is on buyer’s account.
– Customized samples based on customer’s specification will be charged, the sample cost will return when order is confirmed.
How to make an order ?
– Sample approval.
– Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
– Client approve our sample, and get the testing report if any necessary.
– Production.
– Client approve our shipping sample.
– Arrange shipment.
– Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents.
– Client finish the balance payments.
– Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods.
